Today, the 119th Congress is slated to begin. The landscape will be different than that of the 118th Congress, as Republicans hold slim majorities in both Chambers. We will talk about this — along with demographic information and some notable bills already introduced — tomorrow in The Capitol Hill Reader, Vol. 8. We will also cover the House Republican Resolution introduced outlining some of their plans and intended legislative goals for the 119th Congress.
