Trump on Charlie Kirk and September 11, Congressional Appropriations Activity, and more.
The Capitol Hill Reader #114
Hello Readers,
We have somewhat of an “old school” Capitol Hill Reader digest for you today - one focused mainly on the actions of Congress as it scrambles to make appropriations before the government shuts down on September 30 - though we also cover several proclamations and a memorandum from the White House.
If you haven’t already checked out last week’s article on Noem v. Perdomo - in which the Supreme Court struck down a lower court’s TRO placing restrictions on immigration stops and raids - you can do so by clicking here.

Before we get started, we wanted say a quick something about the murder of Charlie Kirk.
