A few housekeeping items:
We will now be including bills that received consideration but failed to pass, as well as notable bills being introduced.
We will be including more initiatives by the President, such efforts in collaboration with another government agencies, rather than just executive orders.
If a Senate or House Resolution only seeks to designate a day in honor of someone or something, recognize the life of someone, recognize an event in the past, name a post office or other building, etc, we may or may not include it in the Congress section of the Reader, depending on the volume of bills passed that week. We want to prioritize legislation that you may experience the effects of in real time, rather than honorary practices such as these. These events are still significant!
