The Office of the President

There were no executive orders this week.

As reported by Politico on November 27th, 2024, the Biden Administration, working alongside State Department officials, arranged a prisoner swap for three US citizens who had been imprisoned in China for years [1]. They were: 

  • Mark Swidan, a native of Texas, arrested in China in 2012 for allegedly possessing and manufacturing narcotics. According to the Dui Hua Foundation of San Francisco, there was no substantive evidence to support these claim…
