Below, we have outlined executive orders taking aim at many federal workers’ right to collectively bargain, how history is being portrayed in Smithsonian Museums and beyond, how states conduct their elections, and much, much more. In Congress, we have the Senate approving higher overdraft fees and the House passing quite a few pieces of legislation surrounding federal research grants (not all negative, interestingly).
