Hello readers,

Just like over the Thanksgiving holiday, Congress had very limited activity this past week. As a result, this will be a short holiday edition of the Reader, focusing on Presidential news and events, as well a federal court case out of the 11th circuit.

Next week, we will continue the new format of a two part digest: the first part covering Congress with bills organized into categories, and the second part covering the President and the federal courts.

As some of you may have seen, we have also started doing weekly Congressional profiles, writing about the background, voting history, and recent undertakings of members of the House and Senate. Have someone in mind you want to know more about? Write to us in the chat, or send us a message.
