Hello Readers,

During the first few months of President Trump’s second term, we have seen an unprecedented amount of deregulation, a deregulatory “blitz,” so to speak, with numerous aspects of the United States in the crosshairs: environmental protections have been scaled back, financial regulations have been scrapped or weakened, and labor rights and protections have been hindered or eliminated.

This is nothing new, with Trump’s first administration attempting, and succeeding in pursuit of, much of the same agenda.

Below, we will talk about how President Trump has targeted regulations surrounding financial institutions, the environment, and labor during his first and current terms.

While we will not state our opinion of these efforts explicitly, we would like you, the reader, to ask yourself while you read this article: who does this administration prioritize?
