Hello readers,

Given the volume of executive actions coming from the White House over the past few days, we have decided to release a Wednesday Reader focusing solely on the Office of the President. This will allow this week’s Saturday digest, the Capitol Hill Reader Volume 12, to be a shorter, more streamlined read.

Below, we have detailed a few executive orders, a proclamation, a press briefing from the new White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, and a fact sheet covering the highly-publicized memorandum freezing many federal grant programs that was (sort of) rescinded.

If this is your first issue of The Capitol Hill Reader, we are glad you’re here. Thank you for your trust and consideration.
